Andrew Harston became Director of Wales and Short Sea Ports in July 2019, having been Short Sea Ports Director since 2014. He originally joined ABP in 1983 as a Management Trainee, before spending 16 years with Hutchison Ports UK, where he held the role of Port Development Director from 2006-2014. He holds a Maritime Studies degree from the University of Wales and an MBA from Cardiff Business School. Andrew is an elected Director of the Rail Freight Group, Chair of the Suffolk Transport and Infrastructure Board, and a member of the Norfolk and Suffolk All Energy Industry Council.
