Paul is President of Chambers Wales, helping Welsh businesses to grow, and a Director at Quantuma, an independent advisory firm.

Having worked for PLCs, family businesses, SMEs and the Public sector Paul brings significant restructuring and advisory experience.  His primary focus is on ensuring that businesses survive challenging times and that this interests of stakeholders are protected.

With significant international experience he brings a deep understanding of businesses who trade locally and overseas where complex transactions and commitments can lead to difficult times for clients.

Paul typically works with businesses at the early stages of distress and challenging periods to advise on the most effective solutions for survival and growth.

He has advised on businesses in the manufacturing, technology, service and professional sectors and been responsible for enabling management teams to lead significant change to achieve  a sustainable revenue and profit return.

In his spare time, Paul is a Francophile, dog lover and rugby fan with a passing interest in all things F1.
