Passionate about food and the environment, Claudia has recently joined the Food Division in Welsh Government to lead action to support food manufacturers and producers become more sustainable as well as promote Welsh product quality and provenance. With a background in Public Health, Claudia believes in the One Health approach recognising that human, animal, plant and environmental health are interlinked and is keen to support the industry in Wales within this framework.
