I have worked in community development over a 30 year period in various parts of Wales, either as a volunteer or as a member of staff, in research, fund-raising, project management, delivery, marketing and evaluation for a range of environmental, learning, outdoor and economic projects. I’m the Development Director (and currently CEO cover) for Tir Coed.  We’re a grass roots social justice and environmental charity and we engage disadvantaged people in nature through volunteering, education, training and bespoke activities which increase well-being, develop skills and improve woodlands and natural habitats for the benefit of everyone.
