David Warren is the Head of Circular Economy Policy at the Welsh Government. He is leading on delivery of the new circular economy strategy for Wales – Beyond Recycling following its publication earlier this year. Previously, David worked in economic policy taking forward work to prepare the Welsh Government’s Economic Action Plan and devolving business rates to Wales. Other roles have included working in local government, for a regulator and in several key policy roles within the Welsh Government.
