Jeremy Parr is the Head of Flood and Incident Risk Management at Natural Resources Wales.  He has oversight of NRW’s flooding and incident management activities, with over 30 years’ experience in the water and environmental sectors, both in UK and overseas.  He is a Chartered Civil Engineer, with a PhD in water management.
