Nerys Edmonds, BA (Hons), MSc, PG Cert.

Nerys Edmonds works for the Wales Health Impact Assessment Support Unit (WHIASU) in Public Health Wales. She started her career as a Mental Health Nurse and since 2000 she has worked in public health in both England and Wales with a focus on promoting mental health and well-being, addressing health inequalities and health impact assessment.  Nerys has a special interest in the role of the natural environment and well-being and has also carried out Health Impact Assessments and Mental Well-being Impact Assessments on environmental programmes. Nerys is currently working on a Health Impact Assessment of Climate Change in Wales.
