Natalie is a professional civil engineer with over 15 years’ experience in the UK and overseas within the flood risk, coastal and environment sectors. She current works for consultants Mott MacDonald but is also a member of the Welsh Government’s Flood and Coastal Erosion Committee, advising Welsh Ministers on all flood and coastal erosion risk management matters. She was the lead author of the new flood and coastal erosion risk management business case guidance for Wales.
