Dominic has over 30 years’ experience in the design, construction, operation, and enforcement of drainage infrastructure in the UK, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Water.

He’s currently employed by Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water as part of their Wastewater Assets team and is responsible for aspects of sewerage strategy and policy.

Since joining Welsh Water in 2008, Dominic has led the implementation of the later phases of the private sewer transfer and the development of their Rainscape strategy, supported the Welsh Government with the implementation of mandatory SuDS and continues to lead initiatives to meet the company’s long-term objectives.
