Sarah Hopkins joined Cynnal Cymru in 2020 and is responsible or overall management and development of its activities and services throughout Wales and beyond. Her experience includes community engagement and leading on climate, environmental and social improvements in supply chains.
As the lead for Cynnal Cymru’s Fair and Just Society programme of work, Sarah supports with Living Wage accreditation and strategy in Wales, advises on the role of the living wage within the broader Fair Work agenda and the opportunities for reducing inequalities across policy areas, including procurement. Sarah also supports with facilitating the Welsh Government funded Foundational Economy Community of practice, currently focused on the opportunities for strengthening the Welsh food, social care and housing sectors as we transition to a net zero economy.
