Patrick is an Architect with both practical and academic experience of retrofitting and refurbishing buildings to improve their comfort, usability and energy consumption. Following more than 20 years of working in architectural practices from the large to the very small, he is currently the technical officer in Welsh Government’s Welsh Housing Quality Standards team and on the Optimised Retrofit Programme.
