Clare is the marketing director at Winncare in Powys, which is the UK division of a global healthcare company.  She has been with the business for 8 years and is also a member of the Board of Directors. Clare has a marketing agency background and specialises in healthcare marketing.

Winncare (previously Mangar Health) was established in 1981 and specialises in the design and manufacture of inflatable medical devices.  The products are predominately sold to NHS organisations such as the ambulance service and Local Authority social services.

Clare is responsible for the marketing strategy for the business, creating meaningful value propositions, marketing campaigns and pricing strategies for all served sectors and markets. Export accounts for 25% of the revenue, with key territories including Europe, Australia and North America. 

She also leads the product development team and will launch 3 new products in 2022.
