Mike has spent his entire working career in overseas, over years, in international sales and business development, initially with the Bunzl Group where he developed and managed sales distribution teams across the Middle East and into Africa before moving into running his own trading operations and consultancy.  He spent 7 years with the Department of International Trade working with SMEs to develop effective market entry strategies across the world.  As such, Mike has almost 40 years exporting experience, which in the past 15 years which, for the past decade plus, has been working with aspiring exporters, to help then explore new markets.

After leaving DIT, Mike has led several Trade Missions on behalf of WG and other national organisations (e.g. British Water, MEA) and has advised companies on market entry in diverse places such as Europe, North America and the Middle East.  He has delivered numerous research projects for WG across a wide range of products, delivered with Kinetic Cubed.  

Mike joined the Kinetic Cubed team in November 2021 specifically to manage the WG Consumer Goods Export Cluster.
