Jose is an economist with twenty years consultancy and international trade experience. He spent ten years with the European Commission in Brussels. He has also worked in Accountancy within the UK, in finance and tax and also R&D and innovation project management and evaluation. He has strong expertise in commercialisation of technologies. Since moving back to Spain in 2002, he has been supporting Welsh to grow in Spain and Portugal. 

A delivery partner for ITO since 2012, Jose's clients via Kinetic Cubed have collectively won multiple export awards, for their successes in Spain.
