Holly’s background is in social care.  She has many years of experience of working with disabled and disadvantaged people, supporting them to develop their skills and resilience. Having worked with people from all backgrounds Holly has a keen interest in inclusivity for all people. Holly uses her personal and professional background to encourage inclusion in the workplace, especially recognition of intersectionality and individuality. Holly has qualifications in education, training, advice and guidance as well as Wellbeing related facilitation skills. 

Holly moved from social care to her role as a ‘Disabled people’s employment champion’ for Welsh Government following medically retiring from front line support work during the CV19 pandemic. As a DPEC Holly works with businesses across Wales to facilitate conversations about The Social Model of Disability, employing disabled people, removing barriers to inclusion and holistic wellbeing initiatives.
